Ocean Village, Tofino
Chesterman Properties is excited to announce its latest project. With partners, we will be purchasing Ocean Village Beach Resort in the beautiful community of Tofino on the Pacific Ocean. Ocean Village occupies almost 6 acres of spectacular ocean-front land with over 500 feet of frontage on sandy MacKenzie Beach.
We are currently getting to know this truly unique property and creating a clear vision for the thoughtful and sustainable rejuvenation of the resort. This vision will include a considered restoration of the iconic “beehive” cabins, the tasteful addition of new buildings, and the incorporation of clean energy and other sustainable solutions. We also look forward to connecting more closely with the local Tofino community.
